Closing Desk is new. We are taking 3 teams this month. We have no case studies yet, so the pilot comes with a refund guarantee.

How a file moves through the desk

  1. Day 1

    You send us the contract

Forward each executed contract. We pull every deadline out of it and start tracking.

  2. Each business day

    We chase every party

Title, lender, inspector and the other agent hear from us each business day while they have an open item.

  3. Each document

    We check the paperwork

We review each signed document for missing signatures and initials.

  4. Each Friday

Your client gets a status email

Each buyer or seller gets a plain update on where their deal stands.

What the pilot includes

  • Up to 10 open files during the 30 days
  • Chris Kipp as your direct contact for the whole pilot
  • A refund if we miss a 2-business-day deadline reminder. Read the guarantee.

What we never do

We do not negotiate, give advice, or do anything that needs a license. Your agent stays in charge of the deal.

One flat price for the first 30 days

$2,500for the 30-day pilot. Then $2,000 to $3,000 a month if you keep us.

Per-file TCs often charge $300 to $500 a deal, per HousingWire.

For 10 files, that is $3,000 to $5,000. The pilot covers up to 10 files opened during the 30 days, for one flat $2,500.

The guarantee

If we fail to remind you and every party of a contract deadline at least 2 business days before it is due, you get the $2,500 back.

Who you work with

Closing Desk is run by Chris Kipp. AI agents track the dates and send the routine follow-ups. Chris works the desk with them, and he is the person you call.

Your agent keeps the client relationship and makes every decision on the deal.

Common questions

How is this different from hiring a TC?

A TC usually charges per file. We charge one flat fee for up to 10 files opened during the pilot, and each client gets a status email from us each Friday.

Does this work in my state?

TC rules vary by state. Tell us your state and we check its rules before we start.

We already have a TC. Can we still try it?

Yes. Tell us in the form who handles contract-to-close today. We will work out the setup with you on the call.

Do you talk to my clients?

Only through the Friday status email. Your agent stays their contact for anything beyond status.

What is the guarantee?

We remind you and every party of each contract deadline 2 business days ahead. If we miss one of those reminders, you get the $2,500 back. A third party missing a date does not count, because we can't control that.

How fast can you start?

We aim to have you set up within a week of the first call.

Is this AI?

Partly. AI agents track the dates and send the routine follow-ups. Chris Kipp is the human on the desk.
